Return Policy

HOLIDAY SEASON EXTENDED RETURN POLICY: All orders placed between November 22nd and December 15th have until January 15th to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Helmets
* Some health and personal care items that have been opened
* Damaged items
* Used bits
* FINAL SALE items

We politely request that if you have tried the item on your horse, please wipe it down before returning it.

Returns that are dirty or not in fully re-sellable condition will be charged a 15-25% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the product being returned.

CHEWABLE – NO GUARANTEE – Some mouthpieces are not suitable for horses that chew – no guarantee is offered on wear and tear of these materials:

Leather
Flexible Tube
Bomber Blue
Moulded
Shipping your return:

Include your RMA number, name or order number in the box.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Dapper Horse does not cover the cost of return shipping.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately FINAL SALE items cannot be refunded.
